Manager Acceleration Program (MAP)

The Manager Acceleration Program (MAP) is a learning journey for People Leaders at Intuitive. The MAP curriculum is designed to improve people leadership skills and accelerate success by strengthening fundamental leadership mindsets, behaviors, and skills. Program Learning Objectives• Inspire and set key expectations for the role of a leader, leadership culture, & success at Intuitive.• Learn foundational models, concepts, and processes related to the Intuitive Leadership Success Model.• Engage and skill through key mindset, behaviors, frameworks, and tools.• Build relationships and a network within the Intuitive leadership community.• Practice foundational skills with accountability for application.• Apply and practice learnings within just in time challenging scenarios or conversations Program ComponentsAccelerator Session: The MAP Accelerator is the first step in a Leader’s MAP journey. The content for this one and a half day session includes the changing landscape of people leadership, key mindsets and behaviors, engaging others and matrix leadership, and simulated skill building and practice using the 4 Greatest Coaching Conversations. Awareness Modules: The MAP Awareness sessions are brief, 15 minute eModules that provide an overview of the philosophy, purpose, and impact of a topic or activity at Intuitive. Each session defines the People Leader Expectations, key mindsets, and behaviors aligned with the topic. Additionally, tools, resources, and key takeaways are provided for People Leaders. Applied Learning: The MAP Applied Learning sessions are 90 minute virtual ILT sessions, where leaders apply frameworks and concepts from the MAP program within challenging Intuitive scenarios or conversations. These sessions use role play and coaching to introduce and reinforce key mindsets and outcomes, and incorporate applicable frameworks, models, and toolkits aligned with the process and/or key takeaways. Capstone Session: This final track is the end of the MAP program following completion of all components. Following attendance of this in person event and simulation experience, participants receive a certificate for completion of the Manager Acceleration Program.
